How would you recommend a learner spend $$ on a formal RE investing education?

I am a constant learner and continuous improver.I live in Smithfield, Virginia, in the southeast of the state, not far from Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

I being a teacher here in San Diego for a Catholic School and a Community College too, am I life long learner and from 2011-present have soaked up so much information from experts in the area of creating wealth through real estate, realized my return on equity was at a minuscule 3%.

I am a life-long learner and have really been impressed with what I have seen with Bigger Pockets.

I am a visual learner so I am now going to my local community college and taking the classes there.Perhaps it is the school (Real Estate Express) that I find boring (I bought a Groupon for 50% off and thought I was making out like a bandit).
