My question for investors in high real estate tax states such as New York, New Jersey, are you concerned what your real estate taxes will look like in 5-10 years?

That's what they said about Williamsburg and Hell's Kitchen in the 90s, Bed Stuy in the '00s, and Jersey City in the early '10s.

@Benjamin Burket none in western NY, I am working closer around the Jersey area. 

( our mother in law is the real estate agent and she will waive any commission on her end...what should we expect to net off a sale price of 270k in new jersey??)
