I just took what I saw was the vulnerable parts of the business IE paying too much to begin with,,, getting hosed by the rehab contractor and the critical element Property management and brought them under our full control with every key aspect an owner not a vendor..

The bar is SO low for PM because the customer is desperate and vulnerable.

I have another service related business that is vulnerable to the same kind of internet attacks - anyone can say anything on the internet whether true, made up or by a competitor trying to use smear tactics.

In doing some reading I saw that Sacramento is the second most vulnerable city in America to flooding (first is New Orleans).

Even if the foundation is not on clays, storm water runoff overtime can wash away the soils on the side of your foundations making them weaker and more vulnerable to issues down the road.Also, if your are going to hire a geotechnical engineer make sure it's one from that specific area where the foundation problem exists.
