I have seen this here in AZ with what are likely illegal immigrants.

Not to go too much into detail, and to bore you - although if you are still reading my autobiography that I posted here, something about me must be interesting or you're already bored - I'm a first generation American, as my parents immigrated here when I was very young.

I decided to lease a unit to 2 recent immigrants with their affluent brother in a neighboring unit as guarantor.

But yeah with valid visa I would think they have passed immigration screening at the US consulate already.

Vivian:You are in a good position, with your license and bilingual ability.Spanish is important in California.You can find the needs of Spanish speaking population in your area and there must be opportunities.One area I think that has been overlooked is the lack of financing opportunities for immigrants who has stable incomes but not much credit history, many of them speaks Spanish only.Ironically, many of them are paying rents 1500-2500/ month, but not able to find loans to buy a 50k - 100 k house, or condo, or mobile home.

Considering natural birth rate, death rate and immigration rate; a city should see more growth than that.

I looked at listings within an hour driving distance as I wanted to be sure I know the neighbourhood and if it’s growing area (new infrastructure, immigrations, jobs, etc..)I got a really good gauge as to what opportunities are there.

@Rhiannon Then as far as I understood the situation, their deportation is not your problem so far.If they have SSN and DL, they are the same like everybody else (unless you're verifying the citizenship for all your tenants).Some illegal immigrants might be in the process of obtaining the status and not all of them are deported. 

This flood may give immigrants some leverage with Trump.
