Same reason "diet pills" exist.. 

I'll obviously get certified as a personal trainer and then charge for one on one training where I would give a free consultation and then it would be $100-$500 per session based on what they need and their goals.After everything I would probably start making diet books and selling merchandise.I would want to be as transparent as possible and show the members exactly where their money is going.

Hey Friends,I put myself on 10 day whole sell diet and I landed my first contract just after day two.  

Many people look for THE BEST "diet," and when they don't see results after a week or two or three, they become Internet junkies and switch from the low-fat diet to the low-carb diet, to paleo, to ketogenic, to vegan... and ultimately get frustrated and give up.

Thus I'd take most of that advice with a hearty grain of salt. 

Say no to drugs, my body is a temple, my strength is as the strength of ten because my heart is pure, et hoc genus omne.Glad I obviously got a chuckle.

It’s like buying a diet plan on late night TV.

YOur all heart  :)  I had to pay rent on my grandma's apartment after she passed away, based on a requirement for 30 days notice.

So that is really the extent of my knowledge other that what I read on here and what I google, I have a 6 figure income a strong Business sense and above average intelligence and am a salesman at heart, I have around 30 k of my own money that I would like to keep right where its at and some other money in 401ks and such but lets just pretend those dont exist.  

Only Reason to ever do that is because of my parents and my wife have strong sentimental Feelings and emotions in that house which I was unable to get rid of even after getting them 10x better house then that but as they say heart is where the home is, and I would absolutely feel proud of myself by give my parents and my wife that house back some how, that would be my biggest accomplishment.
