Just a questions since this comes up frequently on these forums: why in earth do you care about cash flow if you’re buying a $600k property all cash?

The real trick is that tax investing is really local to your market. 

Similar to Ohio (and frequently confused for) is Iowa.

Any tips, tricks or suggestions to point me in the right direction?
