However, in terms of quality control, I have seen differences with where the mounting brackets attach to the boxes, which makes it difficult to get neighboring boxes perfectly flush at the front edge - like a small lip between 1/32" to 1/16".  

So, there is flush inventory on the market right now that one could maybe pick up for a bit of a discount but the housing market is hot so maybe not.

Ever notice how the new guy at the poker table sometimes draws a straight flush and does not even know it?  

In one of our fourplexes, we a tenant (or tenants) who are flushing wipes, paper towels, and other unknown objects down the toilet which is causing plumbing issues.

The most likely culprit is a toilet that flushes or runs constantly.

Don't over improve-that is absolutely flushing your money down the toilet!

Could it be that some tenants flushed something other than human matter and toilet paper down the toilets?

This was more aimed at private equity groups that we are vetting, and trying to make our conversations more effective by flushing out who is real or not.
