As part of my team: I have a city inspector and will ask them about the unpermitted law Dan is talking about...  

Before a tenant moves in, we send a team member to the property to inspect each room and take photos.

They claim to furnish properties for 2-3 times the usual monthly rent with the help of their "designer team" , but the actual costs are 5-7 times higher.
