Several of my friends have expressed an interest in getting involved with me to fix and flip property. 

The seller did express he was reluctant to not renew lease for fear of tenants trashing house. 

The only difference you could see would be delivery time by a couple days, first class mail by a company mailing from the same city its being delivered to will take 1-2 days whereas that same mail coming from out of state will take 2-5 days. 

When I express my RE dream and relocation dream to anyone around me, all I receive in return is a bland, negative response.

Its behind a tree line and stuff so my renters don't even know it exists.A neighbor expressed concern that they would like it to look nicer and expressed interest in this land as a long term lease.

Almost daily I see properties posted in the BP Marketplace and many other REI platforms with terrible deals and a ton of people asking for additional information or expressing interest to buy, and when you look at the profile of the interested party, it's a new investor trying to accumulate doors quickly regardless of how bad the deal is.I don't blame the scammer alone, I also blame the scammed for investing while uniformed.

I haven't any exposure with other courses so am unable to say Real Estate Express is the best.
