Has anyone Used Facebook or LinkedIn to promote there website/business?

A good sales persona might be able to sell something without extensive knowledge of the thing he's selling (although in the information age it's less likely), but we are talking about INVESTING, not selling or promoting.  

The bigger pockets question is why is TK Maverick or any Turnkey promoter / seller repeatedly offering questionable investments to BPers.

Also, I also felt like I was being talked down to by the two running it.80% of the meetings/email blasts were promoting sponsors of the group.  

My promotion was an actual condition of employment, meaning TVA hired me to pass or look for another job.

But ultimately, the system is designed to promote businesses.

This helps immensely with promoting interconnectedness throughout the area.Lastly, no matter where you're looking, inventory is tight, especially among 3- and 4-family properties.

Does it entice you to open it?

I feel like it could even promote me to never have to tell the tenants that I own the "plex" which I also like that idea.
