OPWhat is your RE strategy and experience?

I am not calling them a scam, but based on my experience up to this point, they are not in a position right now to provide the customer experience necessary for the associated 50k fee to join.

I post my rental listings on FurnishedFinder and Facebook (there's a couple DU living fb groups) and have had a good experience with hardly any vacancies. 

I have it narrowed down to two agents, one has more general experience in the area and are part of a large organization.  

It is cheaper, in general, to sub out like you say but if you have no experience sequencing the work and talking to subs you may be scarring them off.

It isn't like this a condominium where assessments are paying for common parts of the building like the roof, etc.Prior to this, I didn't have much experience serving on an HOA board and have therefore relied on the management company for their opinion on certain decisions. 

However, the HOA then said "we are still fully opposed to the door".I am working with our RE attorney, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips or experience in this situation. 

Hi Lorenzo, Within my 20 years of experience, I’ve seen this play out many times, especially in competitive markets like East Boston.

Also, if anyone has any experience in land purchasing I would appreciate any tips or websites on how to find the best deal or agent for the same.

I don't know where to invest, really drawn to Columbus for many reasons (some cash flow and stable appreciation)--what's been some people's positive and negative experiences in Columbus?
