Here are a few points to the comments you made:- no rent control, rent prices have jumped drastically year over year- no squatters, Gov Desantis just signed an anti squatter law (House Bill 621)- high US interest rates, cash buyers have substantial leverage in negotiation as interest rates have kept domestic buyers at bay- no signs of slowing down, everywhere you look you will see world-class developments in the works let me know if you'd like to discuss further

I had a plumber go over to give me an estimate for converting a half bath to a full bath and he called me back claiming that the plumbing inspector wasn't going to allow him to tie into the type of pipes I have and I was going to have to re-pipe the whole house.

O recently moved to Florence,Az a Non-profit organization help me get into this place and I really love it, however I left a Domestic Violence Mariage, I'm Disabled on Disability, my two sons and I were homeless for 5months before this, luckily the organization helping us had us in a motel for the last 2months.

If the PM installs faulty plumbing that later requires the entire bathroom to be ripped out including tile, walls etc to re-install correctly, this should fall on the PM's E&O policy.Another example, what if the PM was responsible for installing the railing?

The reason I am ok with that is because I just spent $140K and updated everything - electrical, plumbing, roof, HVAC, windows, etc. so costs should be minimal for a while.
