To set the stage, I'm owner of a short-term rental property in the Poconos in PA and we use a property management company for bookings, maintenance/cleaning, guest management, etc.This past weekend we had a guest booking but when the guests arrived Friday evening the house had no running water, though it had been running fine earlier in the day when the Property manager (PM) was at the house to give a final check and leave the welcome packet.

The credit unions in my area only work with bigger companies so just know I have already reached out. 

However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships.

I own a MTR management company in Los Angeles, currently managing 27 properties.

My current property management company doesn’t offer this service, and the only company I know of is very hard to communicate with.

I've also launched a residential real estate painting company.

The macroeconomics are on fire here - population growth, job growth, and companies moving and developing here.

@John Lasher, admittedly I tend to align a bit more with Stuart, but try to give some valid advice.Some questions I would ask any guru I was considering investing in:Will you invest my deals by being a client of yours?  

I also want to make sure w seller financing there is an online dashboard i can log in at escrow or title company to track the loan paydown and monthly payments like w any mortgage bank.. did not see that on forums.

I started a property management company in 2017 and am now managing almost 800 doors and 6 construction crews.If I could do it all over again, I would have spent a little more time setting up business systems prior to jumping in.
