And most legal clinics are under-staffed, and if they even consider taking the case, they are going to want some type of proof of the discrimination.  

Worst case scenario would probably be, in any state, that a tenant goes to a free fair housing clinic. 

Are things like  medical clinics going into public housing going to stay.
