The house was owned by a smoker in the past and we replaced with new carpet and hired ozone treatment company to clean up AC system to remove the smoke smell before moving in, but it didn’t work very well and house still smells.

When we bought the property we made it a point to go introduce ourselves, explain what we are doing with the property, and exchanged info telling them to call us ASAP if there is ever an issue. 2 things that happened the first month of renting were people throwing Beach towels over the fence to dry and ppl throwing cigarettes into his yard.
