Hey all, I began a direct marketing campaign to Absentee Owners with at least 70% equity and owned for at least 5 years in Brandon, FL. 

I trying to decide if i should stick with the same website domain for my next Mailing Campaign or create a new one.

Most do massive mail campaigns and walk the streets to find rough looking properties.

I met with a brand new wholesaler today, guy sent out his first direct mail campaign and got a hit.

Once you have a nice list, I would do a direct mail campaign and start drumming up some leads.

I'm getting ready to mail out a postcard campaign to an absentee list.

@Chris Bell Thanks for your input, it's just that I'm also looking to start a steady direct mailing campaign for the next 12 months, that's why I need some advice from people that have done it.

I recently enrolled to get my RE license to capture more of my leads through my wholesale campaigns.

I want to start my mail campaign 1/1/16 and am committing $1,000 per month to mailings and will commit to six months.I should generate some leads...hopefully I can close them.I am soliciting for your feedback, suggestions and/or comments......I hope you can find the time to respond to help me.Thanks in advance,Clary RobertsWish me luck....

I've never done a mail campaign or contacted owners directly but that might be my best bet.
