I had a long conversation with Equity Trust today, and I'm almost ready to move forward with them, but upon further investigation they seem to have some pretty negative reviews.

However, building a relationship on a lack of disclosure or a lie isn't probably the best idea, let alone the ethics of the matter.Hope this helps.

Also you seem to be motivated to build since you already have these lots. 

They build up the deposit over time 

Buying a large new build home can also work well as a house hack as you can charge a premium rent, and generally most bedrooms built now a days have en suites (at least in my market).  

It is a considerably good price considering the area, I'm just not sure on whether the rental income is worth paying for.Apart from about $10,000 it is fully rennovated and ready to be rented out within 2-3 months.Thanks for any advice!
