As far as browsing online, I would avoid searching on something like Zillow.

It teaches you so much than reading, browsing the forums, attending REIA meetings or listening to Podcasts.

Hi all,Was browsing new listings this morning and saw a home on the market that looked really great....aside from the giant hole in the ceiling over the kitchen!

I know a lot of meet ups have been on pause but I do attend a virtual NJ zoom meet up hosted by Jonathan Greene (who you'll see if you browse the forums enough).

As far as estimating potential rental income, there are in depth resources you can pay for to get a detailed analysis, such as rentometer.com, or you can always browse rental listing websites for free (zillow, apartments.com, etc.) if you are just looking for ballpark numbers in your area.

I now have the freedom and flexibility to openly browse MLS listings and gain entry into distressed properties after my day-job without having to depend on someone else or their schedule.  

Hey BP members,I'm a new member, but I have been browsing the site for a while.

Now a days, I am always browsing internet sites for listings and searching for deals, as well as reading whatever I can get my hands on to learn more about real estate.
