Id prefer to not scan invoices so if I cant find a phone app that works I plan to just take pictures and save them on my computer.

I use fujitsu scansnap desktop scanner, which is excellent for scanning large documents, leases, contracts etc at the home office.

Not a database though, so only way I know of to scan the properties is visually by location (it is a map function, after all).
