Can I also ask, did you only go to the large commercial banks such as Wells, BOA and such or did you also go to some small local community and regional banks and were denied for the same reason?

Here is the link to my post about the deal: Sub2 dealI used a title company and a lawyer and put it in a land trust in hopes the bank wouldn't call the loan due, so far BOA has not.
