@Greg Barbre BOA has a saving account that doesn't have monthly fees if you keep your balance above $300 dollars per month. 

I've also been looking at the Affordable Loan Solution® mortgage from BOA (3% down, no mortgage insurance required), but I guess that loan has restrictions, such as the "borrower’s income cannot exceed the area’s median income" (somebody told me this restriction...still need to do some more research on it).I guess I'm worried that the PMI of the FHA loan will end up causing me more harm than good.

@Bo A Vanecko  We generally call these 'ski leases' in Tahoe region and like you said, you trade reduced risk and wear and tear (maybe) for possibly less total income. 

This is pretty embarrassing for BoA...the worst part is that they wouldn't even acknowledge or correct their mistake until the guy went to the press: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/business/fl-wrongful-foreclosure-0922-20100921,0,36776.story Sucks to the little guy, but at least he got it resolved...Personally, if it had been me, I probably would contacted BoA, and if they didn't return my calls, I'd let them take as much action as they wanted and then when they tried to physically remove my tenant, I'd sue their a**es for breaking and entering, destruction of property, etc.

I flipped a BOA house which I bought it July.

BOA is the lender.

BOA had no choice but to refund any overdrafts to my account because it was my creditor/banks fault for them cashing it early.

How does BoA relate to this?

BoA did a desktop appraisal for a HELOC I was going to take out on one (came is at 66K).
