I'll concede, there are MHP owners who take advantage of their customers by putting profit maximization above customer service and that is a shame.

Would be a shame to have an updated property broken into and vandalized and keeping them vacant increases the chance of that drastically.

It would be a shame to buy it thinking you can move in and find out you can't.

Essentially, if you are living in the home and there are contractors working, it would be a shame if the contractor's insurance does not cover you after your home insurance finds that construction work is out of the scope of coverage.Something else I look for is what kind of professional affiliations does the contractor have memberships in?
