Measure the right stuff - novices start by measuring success based on impressions, CTR etc., Those don't equal business results as Google Ads is ideal for lead generation.

If its the business then asset based lenders may be interested.

Based on what my mortgage broker told me a couple of days ago, these rates are in the low 7%'s, whereas the secondary home loan is low 6's.

In my experience, these are also referred to as "QM" and "Non-QM" loans ("QM" = Qualifying Mortgage)And as consumer mortgages, these loans are generally issued under the person's name with the underwriting based primarily on the borrower's DTI (Debt to Income) ratio.

The only approach I’ve found effective is offering a deposit alternative, which lowers upfront costs for tenants without devaluing your property.

Based on what I currently owe and how high rates are this doesn't seem worth it to me.Does anyone have any advice on what the best way to do this is?

I figure regardless of where they are in their lease, I want to own the building based on the location alone.

Based on the continuing research, wholesaling property wouldn't be the right strategy.
