Tim,People aren't going to like what I'm about to tell you, but the truth is with technology, buying out of state is not nearly as difficult as you think.My last 12 deals have all come out of state.

Thanks, guess an assessment would need to take place to understand existing technology the stakeholder are using or just integrate a new platform across the board.

As technology gets smarter and consumers are more educated the need of a real estate agent nowadays in selling and buying real estate becomes a big question.

Old technology, bad mentality.

Many brokerages are eager to collect a technology or start up fee from you and could care less if you ever sell one property. 

I am outstanding in communicating and relating to clients, maintaining constant contact using the latest technology and keeping them informed on any developments, which may affect the purchasing, sales and marketing process.  

With all of the technology and information out there, how could anyone possibly be so uninformed to overpay 75k for an unimpressive property.Now with that being said I am sure there are wholesalers out there who find legitimate deals, where the property could be had for a price at or under market value for any number of reasons.
