@Tyler Rabanus your analysis was in the right mindset (covert the garage, renovate to add value), just this property was not working.

We also own the building next door so idea would be to relocate the tenants to that building after building it out.

Find a home with an ADU, garage apartment, or a spare room that can be Airbnb' ed.
