They both will provide financing without the dealer or flooring programs.

First of all people won't bring homes into the park and dealers won't bring them in and sell them.

Find a reputable flooring dealer and asks them to educate you on why the commercial quality floor material is better.

You will also need to be very on top of your tenants in a rough neighborhood with potential drug dealings going on one of your units.
