You have crowns and bows in the floor joists and it just not that easy to get a truly level floor.

Finally, what you pay Uncle Sam (or the Crown in our case) also comes from the NOI pool.  

Cities like: Crown Point, Merrillville, Lowell, Griffith, Highland etc.  

they will indeed be left "holding the bag" when the banksters NEXT "pull the rug- out..." again... as they keep getting away with doing every decade or so, like "clock work..." because of the Roman 'Crown' and 'UN' framework and legalese, etc., but that's apples, vs. oranges."

Crown moldings, in-ceiling speakers, and recessed lighting add to this beautiful unit.

Adjacent boxes are attached to each other with screws; you might want some crown molding at the top of upper cabinets; you might want toekick installed on the base cabinets. 

With great paint, gleaming wood floors and crown molding added throughout I don't noticed the popcorn ceiling anymore.

We'd ideally like to preserve some of the original detail like fireplaces and crown molding but only if the cost is not prohibitive.Any help would be appreciated!  

I hate to sound so spiteful, but I'm beyond grateful that the exact same people that kept my children home from high school (despite their desperately wanting to attend) have lost their crown jewel.
