Here's one that most people miss....The IRS requires you to have a DOOR on your home office in order to expense the proportionate amount of your household operational expenses against your business.

Breaking multiple windows, breaking a television, and staying away for that long a time is not something most emotionally stable husbands would do in a stable relationship with young children in the household.

I'm going to sound like a real novice on this one....How do people make money by owning condominium buildings?

To my knowledge, we meet all the other USDA requirements in terms of geographic location, total household income, etc.  

In addition although three-quarters of new house-holds purchased homes in the 90's fewer the half do now.  

Specifically, they claimed that the painter went through the female tenant's underwear drawer.My only option as I see it is to look into these claims and write to the condominium board relating the tenant's complaints.

I grew up in a firefighter household.

Considering I like rent to be 4x the amount, that means the avg household income is not less then $50,000 a year for our tenants.
