How would one present this as a carrot rather than a stick?

Anyone here using the On Carrot platform to create a lead generation funnel for their investment or real estate business?

Done right, it can produce a decent ROI.Another strategy I think you should consider is GOOGLE SEARCH (AdWords) advertising.All you need is a landing page from someone like Investor Carrot and you can set up and run an AdWords account that will generate leads at a lower cost per lead than direct mail.Leads from Google tend to be more competitive because people will fill out several forms to create some competition.  

Hell choose ANY state, city.Look at the top 5 #1 ranking websites .I bet you will see 90% of said sites are Investor Carrot.

We also use Infusionsoft, which is very capable, but I think it's too expensive and too technical for the average small business person (like $300 a month).We're actually building a solution that will include all the features you mentioned, but it's not out yet, so I'll tell you how I would do it with other companies' solutions.Use Investor Carrot for the landing page component and use Podio for the CRM piece.

Only carrot is the old line"rates are going up soon" .

I got a site from investor carrot and i am probably going to get my first list of absentee owners from yellow letters.
