Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.

You will also want to know if any improvement on that lot need to have a city council approval or if your neighbors will have any right to say anything about the kind of improvements you can make legally on that lot like how high the building can be etc.

Now if we were doing a Mello Roos or 1915 act bond issue for a development then yes you need bond council etc etc...
