Hi @Daniel Carrillo,Just based on conversation had at various conferences I've attended I think we will see some increased activity later this year.

I have created a lot of loss in my taxes over the last few years and now want to get a mortgage for a new primary home.

I have a degree in civil engineering and 15 years construction, site development, and short term rental experience and am looking to shift my focus/career towards real estate development, mainly raw land although if there were a house on the property could include fix and flip.I plan to purchase 50+ acres of raw land with 1000+ feet of road frontage, have it surveyed and split into separate 5+ acre parcels for re-listing.

I set my rent standards a little high and realized that rent is actually not that high.. we have a morgage on it and it looks like the house is selling for more than we originally paid 4 years ago.

My goal is collect income from the property and I expect the value of the property to rise as well over the next few years.

She's from CT, but lives in CR for most of the year, so I assume she'll know some local folks.

Verified reviewers, reviews in the last year (or other time period), verified customers, reviewers with more than x reviews, reviews with more than just stars (written comments)?  

As a buyer, I like 20% down and to pay 6% interest only for at least 5 years.
