@Darren Sager  Dave Del Dotto was the first to film his shows from Hawaii with Bikini clad women on the beach you too could have it all  LOL.Del Dotto went on to make millions of course and he know owns some kick butt wineries in the Napa Valley.. one of them I used live right across the street.. and would take friends there for wine tasting on the last tour of the day and he would usually sit and regale us with tale of his infomercial days... engaging guy for sure... 

If a college REALLY doesn't want women and men to live together, they will force the to live in a dorm controlled by the school for the entire time on campus.  

I am realistic in my approach and mindset, I realize from reading this forum there are newbies here and men and women who have climbed the ladder of achievement.I am looking for advice, for help to be more then I can be in this arena of Real estate investing.How can a newbie such as myself attract those who have the resources the knowledge and professionalism that will benefit them from their tutelage?

I understand Fannie & Freddie were going to auction their NPL and announced it was geared toward small investors, minorities and women. 

I think it is hard for most women to understand what men typically do and likewise for men to understand what women do.

Btw, I'm speaking next month in Irvine so you'd be wise to go to InvestClub for Women.

Found an off market multi family that a women wants to sell (she is elder and husband recently passed) The duplex has two tenants but she noted they have been on month to month for years.

The longest running club in southern CA who does this is the Invest Club for Women, who have offered their 60-Day Challenge for years.

It drained perfectly fine when they moved in and its 3 women living there.

And there's an excellent group for women RE investors meeting tonight, actually, also offered by Baltimore REIA.
