If there are lease violations, mention them-you not having a key to access the unit WITH proper notice or in case of emergency is one of them.I'd also tell the tenant that they are clearly not happy there, so finding a new place is in their best interest as well and as they have several months, they should have lots of options.

Believe it or not, these things actually impact all parts of the housing market, not just the new home sector.Again, to truly weigh the options in front of you, I would suggest having a Realtor do an evaluation for you, and give you a pro/con rundown of each option. 

Airbnb.org, the nonprofit arm of airbnb.com, offers hosts options to assist with emergency housing in times of crisis, such as the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires.

So yes, you can fix and flip, or hold as a rental, or whatever.Thank you, so market auction is the best option in your opinion?

My two favorite loan options for getting started are the FHA 203k or the Fannie May Home Style.
