I would be surprised if you found many rehabbers in boston that troll this site looking for a lender.. or at least that would meet your requirements I suspect you already have those targeted and like most of us in the business today we spend most of our time supporting KNOWN players to us.. instead of trying to cast a huge wide net and or train newer folks.

I've actually got a real estate license here in Texas (Home Team of America) that I only use for my personal investments and to help out friends/family.I'm wide open to meet folks, add value to the conversation where I can, and soak up information like a sponge.I'd love to chat/network with other investors in SA who're actually doing deals (not kicking the tires).

It does, just make sure that one of the windows has a net clear opening of 5.7 square feet ( meets Egress ) if this room is 1st floor and is on a slab, it can be 5 square feet. have a minimum clear width of 20" and minimum clear height of 24". in other words it can't be smaller than 20" wide or 24" high but must have 5.7 sq' net clear opening
