There is a new huge mixed used residential complex that will make the neighborhood more vibrant, and while cranes in the air can hurt existing rentals, the price to rent at the new building is really high ($2,400 for a 2BR).

We've got a really vibrant local community around here and there are a couple of groups "up north" @Patrick Britton hosts one up in Bellingham (I should trek out there one of these days!)

I buy a bunch of home depot and lowes gift cards from office depot to get 5x instead of paying directly at the store earning only 1 point, they also got lots of other gc like amazon you can earn 5x points on. i also rotate between the sapphire reserve, preferred and the business ink preferred.When getting into the credit card points game you have to really research to learn the best deals, sweet spot on award charts and rules.

Just looking for the next city to live in that offers an active / vibrant life style where I can setup a few more str.

I describe A or B plus neighborhoods as places where professionals would feel comfortable living with good school districts or close to vibrant parts of the town. 

All affordable and have vibrant places and things to do as well as strong growth in diversified industries.  

It was a tad more vibrant blue that I would have chosen.  

We have 1 duplex and 3 SFH's however this is our first commercial and it's mixed use.This is a downtown "main st"-type property in a vibrant small midwestern town consisting of two 2-story buildings built in the late 1800's.
