While it's not a big fixer-upper, I am renovating - three steps in with BRR!

(I am currently staying at another similar home in the neighborhood where the owner has done something similar)Upper Floor: Consists of two rooms and a bathroom.

Probably don't buy a fixer upper with FHA.

I do recommend a cap and you can also have thermostats with upper and lower limits so one person can't set it to 80,  put those limits in the lease. 

I am currently under contract on a fixer-upper Farmette (Maryland).

An elderly woman claimed to have slipped on some stairs climbing onto the porch, which caused her to fall and sustain a compound fracture of her leg.

If you asked and they withheld info, you have a stronger leg to stand on.

My other deal I did sub to and novated the property so I had no holding cost and I made money on the renovations and selling the 3% mortgage along with the house when rates were 7.5% I think my buddy felt threatened because he was like a little brother to me but I don’t want to ruin our relationship and handle this between us but I want to know if I have a legal leg to stand on or if it’s going to come to dude if you screw me.

One of them being a completely tough leg day!
