I had huge reservations, but decided to give it try, and it has worked out remarkably well.  15 months later all the original tenants are still there. 

That’s remarkably sensible advice for a man that earns his living breaking the knees of people that don’t repay their loans.

And, as noted above, many MLS listings have attachments that are required to be executed and submitted with the offer (especially REOs) and most include language in the "Realtor Remarks" section (which is not intended for or available to the public) to the effect of "Submit all offers on [Specified Contract] with all MLS attachments signed/initialed.

The agent didn’t give remarks or list with second kitchen or mother in law but I confirmed it was.
