His first taste in real estate was in land development where he was finding locations for pizza hut for the guy he owned the franchise rights for most counties in New Jersey and I believe it was after that he got into Brandywine and moved up to Senior VP.

Additionally I have seen some colleagues years ago (before I started helping others) lose a lot of money by making some counter-intuitive mistakes and then have a very bad taste in their mouths concerning mobile homes.
