I've only sent out 200 so far and have gotten 2 calls. 1 of those calls is currently transforming into a deal but we need to define some terms.

Through the continued growth and interference of the government at the federal level, which is the republic ("and to the republic for which it stands".. the US flag not the State of FL, GA, LA, TX etc. flag) it is transforming into Socialism and at times I feel Fascism (or at least exhibiting some traits of it).

It was really quite cool to see the transformation in such a short period.

Or maybe just enough global warming to raise the seas just enough to transform my properties into oceanfront villas!.......

I have actually been a member of BP for a while now...however it always seems when I do get some time to myself to jump on here I always get "caught up" in reading all the awesome info that can be found here.I do full service Project Management for all of my buyers/investors, mainly in the Philadelphia area...I totally love what I do and take great pleasure out of watching the transformation of my buyers props from their purchase to the end sale.I look forward to getting to know some of you here better, and with any luck...doing business with you in the future also :lol: Building long lasting business relationships is the name of the game in my book!
