I got to brag a little
Most of these houses all start to look alike but every once in a while one stands out. This one has turned out to be a jewel. We added an extra bathroom to make it a 3/2 instead of 3/1. Helped on renting it and added about 5K in value for about $2500 in cost.
We probably had 300 phone calls on it when we put the For Rent sign in the yard. Here are some Before and Afters. Opinions appreciated.
Before- Exterior
After Exterior- It was cloudy, will get a better pic soon.
Kitchen Before
After- Totally gutted and built new Cabinets
Living Room- Before
Living Room- After (Notice the closet door is gone)
Bath1- Before
Bath1- After
Master Bedroom (Note the two closets)
Master Bedroom- After (removed the two closets in Master and broom closet from living room to make master bathroom)
