The down payment is based off the total adjusted acquisition cost – the purchase price plus the cost of renovations.

So the turn... costed me $7511 + 2 months lost rent @1700/mth for a final tally of ~$11000 total.   

Obvious, but maybe the least reliable as it is somewhat by chance.

FYI, 13 motions for default have just been filed by two previous customers of BTC, totaling around $ 420k.

I’ve also been in touch with a design team, and they’re quoting a fee of 10% of the total construction cost.
