One nice thing is that surf road prevents big developments allowing the beach to have sun all day.

I've encountered several relatives that posed as landlords, and maybe some of them really were...letting the tenant couch-surf with them in between real rentals.

I usually make an improvement that I can point to, but this might be another way to keep clients from feeling like surfs.

Oh, and I definitely surfed Bigger Pockets (that's working right?)
