It stunned me how much Atlanta changed, but as I have lived here most of the last 30 years, I'm no longer surprised.Lastly, I invest in Atlanta because I know it well.

Me and two other partners acquired a couple acres in north county Johsua Tree and are in the process of developing three Glamp sites, consisting of one A frame cabin and two Geodesic dome homes.

No shortage of stunning problems to face, still way better than running the rat-race.

@Patrick Britton I here what your saying, but another lender won’t do me any good since I just refinanced into this loan that I’m talking about.

At $2.5 million, we are so scared that we’re making the wrong financial move, especially with doming possibilities of inflation or hyper inflation and rates. 

I truly do want to provide a valuable service for any buyers I work with, so I'm concerned that trying to sell a note with what seems like at best very sparse information will not do me any favors.

Personally I love the buy and hold model and each year I am stunned by all the ways it increases your wealth with the tenant paying off the property with their money for you.I learned a lot from another investor named Pete Fortunato who has been in this business since the 70s.
