As everybody has noticed the increase in materials and labor has skyrocketed which has thrown a wrench into condominium reserve studies. 

Study up on warrantable vs non-warrantable condos.One idea I think for a fresh grad, is to find a great RV park operator. 

Then, within that market, study areas where it is actually less expensive to own than it is to rent.  

It's just not yet widespread.The case study of hotels "hotels making a nice spiff on guests when using a hotel phone" is a fine case study.  

I have an assistant enter this once a month from the PM reports provided (and just a bank account statement for the single tenant properties which don't have PMs).
