When the Rams stadium and housing complex get built I think it will just speed things up.

I am mid-way through top to bottom cosmetic and functional renovation but I will say it is mostly things I can do myself (paint/hardware).It is a 4 bedroom 10 minutes south-west of the new stadium construction very near the 105.

The new Atlanta Braves stadium was recently built within the last two years and I've heard/read stories of the citizens of Cobb County actually being more in favor of it than not.

I moved here in 2009 when they moved the minor league baseball stadium to downtown and that has exploded as well.As far as reaching the plateau, I would say it is just about there, especially depending on what happens with our election results.

Hey @Alexandra Hughes PailetThe neighborhood in Winston that is the most up and coming is West Salem (27101 just south of downtown)A lot of new development activity in the form of restaurants, a new brewery, a food hall (allegedly anyway) plus some legacy mainstays like Old Salem, Carolina University and UNC School of the Arts, and the baseball stadium. 

I noticed that it was less than a 7-minute drive from the Athens airport, University of Georgia, Sanford Stadium, and the Tree That Owns Itself, etc. - all hot spots that could potentially be good for visitors. 

In Tampa, you have STR travel based on education tourism (USF & UT), medical tourism (some of the best hospitals including Baycare and TGF) and sports tourism (Bucs stadium & Lightning arena).

Think about Smyrna (The New Braves Stadium), maybe Marietta and possible Sandy Springs.  

Your putting the cart a football stadium ahead of the horse.
