Hi All,I heard a lot about wholesaling real estate and it’s sounds like a good way to enter real estate with a low investment.Only thing is I get very skeptical when I see gurus on YouTube pushing and selling courses for certain industries.

@Dave Allenhello. this is going to sound reductive but if you want something immediately cash positive... i'd go with a savings account.rentals are long-term cash positive.
