In that case you do bear the responsibility when said supplier turns out to be a fraud dont you think?

We started raising the rents on the 3 and 4 BR units until the rate of leasing slowed to a normal pace.Fast forward two years and we found ourselves with higher vacancy on those same units.

What do you do to ensure that the tenant is responsible for security deposit disputes since that is the largest reason for owner lawsuitsHow familiar are you with the newly changed laws that can affect you the owner if they are not used correctly?.

In summary, a LAIC is someone who can take responsibility for a rental property in the same way an owner would.

I did approach them about a year ago about getting $25k credit line per property, and the response I got was basically no.

They've especially been inconsistent in their communications and sometimes respond to messages only after I press them for an answer (sometimes they are responsive).
