I'm a travel nurse and my family helps out as needed.

I jacked it up with a bottle jack, sistered up the old 2x6 floor joists with new 2x8's and problem solved for a few hundred bucks.

I'm wondering how hard it is to attract professional roommates /traveling professionals in Hagerstown.

I would look into buying a condo and renting out the rooms to midterm renter like traveling nurses.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.
