Pit bulls may be a restricted breed in the neighborhood - and even if they're not, it should be on record that they've already broken loose and attacked someone's dog.

Some of the things I ask them is if they are working, how long they've been working at the same job, how many are in their family, do they have pets,if it's a dog what breed and age it is etc.

Tenants are a different breed of cat than are homeowners. 

I’m only 18. go for an apartment to start.. they are more lenient than private single family home owners that are landlords.. especially nicer higher end apartmetns they have doggie parks etc.. although two dogs may not be allowed and if you have a dog that is a restricted breed..
