Seller needs 45 extra days in property
I have a seller who needs an additional 45 days AFTER closing to move his dogs to Arizona. How would I go about adding this on the agreement? Has anyone been in this situation before?

Push back closing to when he can get out. It should not take 45 days to move dogs and who knows what condition that house will be in after 45 days living there knowing he has little to no responsibility moving out of state. That is IF he actually moves out in the time frame. The safest thing to do wait for the house to be vacant, do a final walkthrough than close.
