I'm going to start off by stating that I've gone through 23 pages of LO/Sub2/Sandwich Lease/etc. forum.

What you describe here is not just a lease option but a "Sandwich lease option" because you have both a lease option on the buy side and the sell side.

I personally have not done the sandwich lease option .

Have you considered doing a lease option sandwich?

For those that have been doing sandwich lease options for a while, what experience have you had when your tenant/buyer is ready to buy.

If I were to do a sandwich lease option, I would tell the realtor that 'my company would guarantee the rent payments and be responsible for the maintenance/repairs', since WE would be the tenant/buyer signed with the Seller ??

The old house had been 'expanded' considerably over the years so it was not odd to find an outside wall also sandwiched between layers of paneling & drywall.Now imagine trying to put in new electrical runs & outlet/switch boxes. 

This insurance switch is going to be a crap sandwich with cheese. . . .. . .I just checked the fridge, were out of cheese.

Then ask yourself 2 simple questions: 1) if they offered to make you a bologna sandwich, would you eat it?
